a fee charged every year for the loan, or for the bundle it sits in — commonly $395, and on your statement. If you do not know, say so: the page then counts yours as $0 and says it has done that, rather than treating a blank as a real zero.
An offset account is a savings account linked to the loan: money sitting in it is treated as though already repaid, so interest is charged on the balance less that money. Loans offering one price above loans that do not, so ticking this removes cheaper loans from the comparison. Leave it unticked if you are not sure.

Who made this, how to tell me it is wrong, and how to shout me a coffee

Every figure here comes from what lenders publish under the Consumer Data Right. What a lender would actually offer you depends on your income, your credit history and your job, none of which appear in that data at all.

Found something wrong? Tell me and I will fix it. This page has published numbers that turned out to be wrong, and what caught them every time was one lender checked against one real statement — a mistake caught here stops it misleading the next person. Most worth sending: a rate that does not match your statement, a fee that is not real, or a lender missing entirely.

Tell me in the box below. Do not send account numbers, statements or identity documents — nothing here needs them, and I would rather they never reached me. What happens to anything you do send is set out in what this site collects.

Shout me a coffee Free either way — this is a tip jar, not a paywall, and nothing here changes if you do.
